1. Using CreatorOS
These terms apply to the CreatorOS website and app. Use the service only where you are legally able to accept these terms or have the necessary authorization. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
The features, plan access and allowances available to you are shown in the product and at checkout. Some features depend on third-party availability and connected-account permissions.
2. Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you have in your own content. You authorize CreatorOS and the providers involved in a requested feature to process that content as needed to operate that feature, save your projects and deliver the result.
Only upload photos, audio, video and reference material that you have permission to use. Get the necessary consent before using another person's likeness or voice. Do not use CreatorOS for unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, harassment or infringement of another person's rights.
3. AI output and publication
AI output may contain incorrect facts, spelling, translations, distorted likenesses or other errors. Review it before use. CreatorOS does not guarantee unique output, exact identity preservation, accuracy, copyright eligibility, audience growth, platform approval or financial results.
A selected hook and requested language guide generation; they cannot guarantee that an image model draws every character correctly. You are responsible for checking the final image and complying with disclosure and content rules of the platform where you publish.
4. Connected platforms
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Review permissions before authorizing a connection. External platforms apply their own terms, restrictions and service limits. You may revoke a connection; features that depend on it can then stop working.
5. Plans, payments and allowances
The amount, billing period, renewal method and plan details shown at checkout govern your purchase. Do not assume a subscription auto-renews unless you authorize that option. Plan changes take effect according to the timing displayed in billing.
AI requests, credits and spending reservations are distinct. A reservation is a guard against overspending and is not necessarily the provider's actual charge. Usage already processed and requests with an uncertain provider outcome may require investigation; do not repeatedly submit a new paid request when the outcome is unknown.
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Deleting your account is not itself a refund request. Manage any active renewal in billing before closing the account.
6. Availability and account closure
We may restrict abusive activity or access that breaches these terms, and may change features to maintain security or respond to provider changes. Where practical, relevant changes will be explained in the product. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device, file or connected platform.
You can request account deletion in settings. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
7. Questions and changes
Contact CreatorOS at support@mycreatoros.app or use Help & support. These terms may be updated as the service changes; this page shows the current revision date. Review material changes when notified before continuing to use affected features.
