1. Information we process
CreatorOS processes account details such as your name, email, profile photo and subscription; connected-channel information and authorized analytics; content, prompts, photos, transcripts and other files you choose to use; and operational records such as request references, device/app information, errors and transaction history.
Support and feedback submissions contain the information you enter and your signed-in account details. Authorized staff can read them in the admin inbox. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal information.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide the tools you request, save projects, show analytics, connect platforms, process purchases, enforce allowances, prevent abuse, resolve support requests and maintain the service.
Connecting an account authorizes the features and permissions shown during that connection. It does not give CreatorOS permission to perform every action available on that platform.
3. AI tools and uploaded media
When you use an AI feature, the inputs needed for that request are processed by the configured service providers. Depending on the tool, these may include AWS Bedrock, Groq, Sarvam, Pollinations and the model providers available through those services. Their processing can occur outside your country and is subject to their terms and privacy practices.
For video-based thumbnail creation, audio is extracted locally in the browser or app and the extracted audio is uploaded for transcription. Selected creator photos, reference images, the approved hook and relevant text are used for generation. Other features may upload media when their workflow requires it.
Saved creator photos can be reused in future thumbnail projects. You can remove them through the photo controls. Face-reference generation is probabilistic; review both likeness and text before publishing.
5. Storage, device data and retention
CreatorOS uses hosted infrastructure, including AWS, to store account and project data. Browser/app storage keeps session information, preferences and, for some tools, local drafts or exports. Signing out does not necessarily remove files you downloaded or content saved on your device.
Data is retained as needed for the service, saved projects, support, security and transaction obligations. Deletion cleanup can take time; backups and records required for security, dispute handling or legal obligations may remain beyond account closure. We do not promise a single deletion period for every category of data.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can update your profile, manage connections and delete available saved content through the relevant controls. You can withdraw connected-platform access in CreatorOS or at the external platform. Withdrawing access can stop features that depend on it.
Use Settings → Delete account to request account deletion. This does not delete your YouTube, Instagram or other external accounts, previously published posts, or local files. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, submit a Privacy request through Help & support or email support@mycreatoros.app. We may ask for information needed to verify the account before acting.
7. Contact and updates
CreatorOS is the service covered by this notice. Contact support@mycreatoros.app for privacy questions or grievances. Material changes to how we process information will be reflected in this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Rights and obligations under applicable law continue to apply.
8. Thumbnail and caption projects
Thumbnail and caption projects are available for 10 days from creation. After expiry access stops and scheduled deletion removes the project data and generated thumbnail files. Linked caption cloud media is removed through its existing reference-aware cleanup process. You may delete a project earlier from the project list.
Saved creator face photos remain reusable library items until you remove them. Downloaded files and offline copies on your own device are under your control. Limited operational, security and billing receipts or backups can remain under the retention practices described above; deleting a project does not erase those records immediately.
